It is a very beautiful necklace...I love the old English letters, it is very well detailed and very shiny the packaging is nice ...I’m just not ever going to wear it because why would I wear my now ex boyfriends name? but overall great product their customer service could improve a bit because I emailed them a couple times and they didn’t respond.
